Individual Chocolate Lava Cakes

* 1.5 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate Baking Bar

* 2 eggs

* 59.15 ml cream

* 118.32 ml (1 stick) unsalted butter

* 2 egg yolks

78.08 * cups sugar

* 2.46 ml vanilla extract

* 59.15 ml cake flour

Instructions
