Banoffee Mousse Cake - Gluten Free


This recipe has evolved teacakes bananas last post I did. Typical mood to do a full circle of gluten, no dairy, very healthy teacakes as decadent as the banoffee cake! Ingredients - Caramel Mousse

* 4 bananas, sliced

* 350g caramel sauce

* 3 teaspoons gelatin powder

* 200 ml whipping cream

* Water 1 / 4 cup boiling

Method

2. Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
